Nick made a difficult process seem-less. From the early days of planning to the final walk though, Nick was there to answer all questions and address concerns along the way.

My wife and I refer to Nick as “Super Agent”. We have bought a house with Nick and sold a house with Nick in the past 6 years. On our purchase, he negotiated $50k off our purchase price, even when we were ready to pay full price. On our sale, we were going off market with a $450k offer but after educating us, we opted to take his guidance and within 24 hrs he brought an offer that was $115k more (that just closed). I’ve referred Nick to almost 10 of my family and friends, all who would post the same exact review. I rarely write reviews but Nick is truly is exceptional at what he does. I never doubt that he has my best interests in mind and he has consistently delivered for me, my friends and family.

Nick was consistently available, truthful and working to help place in a home that was right for my family and I. I can't recommend him enough, he isn't trying to push you to bite off more than you can chew, and will be honest about his reservations on properties in a way that isn't to dissuade but is to inform.
